This photo was taken just before the holidays way back in 1968 at Barksdale Air Force Base Kindergarten. I remember just a few of my classmates. Immediately to my left is Kay Booth (she and her family lived next door to us). Her dad was a radio announcer for KEEL Radio back then. The little guy in the middle of the front row is Tom Salvucci. We were best buds and lived a few doors away from each other. I've lost touch with both Kay and Tom, but the cutie at the opposite end of the front row is Becky Dunlap. We lost touch over the years too, but keep in touch now via Facebook. I showed this photo to a friend recently and they pointed out how diverse all the students were in my class. Funny, I just remember at that age, we were all just a bunch of kids. Anyway, I am so thrilled that I found this photo a few years ago. I have been waiting for this year to make it my official holiday greeting card! Good Golly! 50 Years! Can you believe it? I couldn't decide on a design, so I created three (lol-- see photo at top of page).
